Pricing.

Storage pricing is based on the amount of space your items occupy and the length of time they are stored. Because furniture arrives at different times and projects move at different speeds, storage is calculated to reflect actual use rather than a flat or estimated rate.

Projects that require short-term staging, long-term holding, or phased releases may be structured differently depending on volume, duration, and access needs. This approach ensures clients are only paying for the storage they truly use, aligned with their project timeline.

Handling covers the physical movement and management of items as they move through our facility and into your project. This includes activities such as receiving deliveries, inspections, internal moves, staging, and dispatch for delivery or installation.

Handling is structured around the number of touchpoints required and the level of coordination involved. Projects with multiple deliveries, inspections, or phased releases may require additional handling compared to simpler, single-movement workflows. Pricing reflects the work required to keep items organized, protected, and released at the right time.

Installation pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and sequencing of the project rather than a flat or hourly rate. Each installation is evaluated based on how items are accessed, assembled, placed, and coordinated on site.

Factors that influence installation include the number of items, level of assembly required, site conditions, access constraints (stairs, elevators, narrow pathways), and whether the work is completed in a single visit or phased across multiple days.

Projects involving occupied spaces or tight installation windows may also require additional coordination.

Installation is priced to reflect the effort required to complete the work correctly, safely, and in alignment with the project plan—not to rush installations or cut corners.
